But everyone here calls me Angry Bird 😝
No one really knows why. Maybe because I was a bit grumpy when I first arrived. Or maybe because I have some… quirks.
I’m a little shy and a little bold…all at once.
I like to hang out in my favorite corner of the Puppy House where I feel safe, but from there, I love inviting other dogs to play! I just don’t want to leave my spot. Unless the Team is taking me to the beach!
I’m a totally different dog there! I run, I roll, I zoom around like I own the sand I love the beach! That’s my happy place!
I’m still waiting for someone to fall in love with me, quirks and all, but until then, I would love a sponsor to help cover my care, food, and especially trips to the beach (very important).
Would you like to be my person from afar? 💛
We found Angry Bird in the middle of nowhere. Zoli and I had stopped to get some water on the side of the road when suddenly we saw Birdy passing by. She looked terrible — just skin and bones, and her skin was covered in thick crusts. She needed a vet ASAP. We knew we had no other option than rescuing her. Which… wasn’t easy. In fact, we had to rescue her twice 🙈 The first time, it took hours of following her in the sun until we somehow managed to pick her up. We were already on the way to the Puppy House when she jumped off the bike — and we had to chase her through the rice fields all over again. I guess she was so exhausted from the first chase that she just gave up and hid in the field. And the rest is history. She’s been living in the Puppy House ever since, waiting for her forever person.
